Formfour has been involved in a number of successful projects in Canterbury schools. Here are some selected projects:
Project: Lyttleton Primary School Playground.
Formfour was engaged to construct the decking, balustrading and playground surfacing. Working closely with the main contractor, we were able to provide our comprehensive services to enable the vision of the designers, which in this case were the children of Lyttleton Primary.
Project: Cashmere High School Entrance.
We were tasked with constructing the foundations and entry walls, including reinforced foundations, concrete block walls and plaster finishing.
Project: Medbury School.
We placed exposed aggregate concrete, installed hardwood timber seating, and constructed concrete block planters in the new teaching block at Medbury School.
Project: Villa Maria College.
Involved from an early stage, we contributed to the design, constructed and installed precast rain gardens along the driveway and parking area of the college. This was a unique design allowing water from the car park into the rain garden, while simultaneously integrating wheel stops for the car park.
