Higgins Ashphalt Plant.
The Higgins Asphalt Plant consisted of constructing several substantial foundation slabs to support the asphalt plant and tanks. In addition, we constructed large aggregate bins consisting of precast walls with significant integral foundations. Despite a very tight time frame, we were able to complete the job ahead of schedule.
